Unfortunately Jessica was still at school so it was just me, Charlie, Dylan, my Mum and Bestie Angie who visited Hopefields,
We have been here lots of times and we love to see the friendly animals, it's such a relaxing environment and much prefer it to Old Macdonalds Farm, also in Brentwood, Essex.
It's open daily 1pm til 4pm.
Hopefield is unique in its mission to provide a ‘home for life’ to all of its resident animals. The sanctuary provides a safe haven to animals that need it, offering neglected and unwanted animals the life they deserve; free from fear and harm.
Hopefield cares for a variety of animals including horses, donkeys, goats,sheep, pigs, chickens, geese, ducks, cats and more recently has become home to smaller animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and chinchilla’s. The sanctuary even has its own resident bull called Max, who loves nothing more than being tickled between his horns!
